Description

A friend of mine commissioned this from me. It's Doofenshmirtz as Gandalf the Grey. Two of his favorite things put together! It was fun for me too. Done in sketchbook, scanned in, inked and colored on the computer.

Oh and Doofenshmirtz doesn't smoke that pipe. He just uses it to blow bubbles XD
